Accounts can be denominated in USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, AUD, CAD, or CHF. Base currency is fixed at account creation and cannot be changed later — if you need a different one, open an additional account.

Just two: (1) a government-issued photo ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card), and (2) a selfie for biometric matching. No utility bills or bank statements required for standard accounts. High-value deposits may trigger additional proof of funds checks per AML rules.

Accounts inactive for 12+ months are flagged as dormant. A small monthly maintenance fee ($10) applies after 12 months of no activity. Dormant accounts are reactivated the moment you log in and place a trade — no reapplication needed. No dormancy fees apply if the balance is under $50.

From the client portal: Settings → Close Account. Your remaining balance is automatically returned to your verified payment method. Account records are retained for 5–7 years post-closure per legal requirements, but no further activity is possible.

Yes. MT5 supports both hedging and netting modes. Your account can hold simultaneous long and short positions on the same instrument. Required margin is calculated per position rather than netted.

No — and no broker offering that claim is being honest. Stop-losses are triggered at the specified price and then execute as market orders. In fast markets (news, gaps, thin liquidity) fills can slip several pips. Use Negative Balance Protection (automatic on all NAMH accounts) to cap your downside at the deposit.

Minimum: 0.01 lots (micro-lot) on Standard/Pro/ECN · 0.0001 lots on Cent accounts. Maximum: 100 lots per order on Standard/Pro, 50 lots on ECN (higher caps negotiable for institutional clients). No limit on total open positions, only on per-order size.

Forex: 24/5 from Sunday 22:00 UTC to Friday 22:00 UTC. Metals: 23/5 with daily break around rollover. Indices: vary by exchange (typically session hours ± pre/post). Crypto: 24/7. Equities: exchange hours only (NYSE/Nasdaq/LSE/HKEX/etc.).

Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank wire (SWIFT, SEPA), cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT, ETH), and e-wallets (Skrill, Neteller, Perfect Money). Available methods vary by jurisdiction — full list shown on the /funding page.

No deposit fees on NAMH's side for any method. Third-party fees may apply from your bank or e-wallet provider (especially for SWIFT wires). Crypto deposits carry only the network gas fee.

Cards and e-wallets: instant (seconds). Crypto: 2–30 minutes depending on network confirmations. Bank wires: 1–3 business days depending on correspondent banks and cutoffs. All methods credit the moment NAMH receives funds — no artificial holding periods.

Same business day for all methods — most withdrawals process within hours. Final settlement timing depends on the destination: crypto 10–30 minutes, e-wallets under 24 hours, cards 1–3 business days (issuer-side delay), bank wires 1–2 business days.

No withdrawal fees from NAMH. For bank wires, your receiving bank or correspondent banks may charge their own fees — these are outside NAMH's control. Crypto withdrawals carry the network gas fee only.

Generally no — AML rules require withdrawals to return to the source. Funds deposited via card must withdraw to the same card (up to the deposit amount); profits can withdraw via bank wire. Crypto withdrawals must go to your own KYC-verified addresses.

$50 for bank wires, $20 for cards, $10 for e-wallets, $20-equivalent for crypto. Maximum per transaction varies by method ($10,000–$250,000). Multiple withdrawals can be queued for larger amounts.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted 24/7. Processing happens during business hours. Crypto withdrawals may complete over weekends (automated). Card/bank/e-wallet withdrawals queue until the next business day for human approval if required.

No conversion fee if depositing in the same currency as your trading account base. Cross-currency deposits convert at the mid-market rate with a small spread (typically 0.5%). To avoid any conversion, open a secondary account in the currency you're depositing.
