Why the PRO account exists.
The Pro account is NAMH's sweet spot for experienced active traders. It removes two frictions of the Standard account (slightly wider spreads, more basic support) without adding the ECN account's commission structure. For most forex and CFD traders doing 5–50 lots per week, this is the most cost-efficient tier.
Pricing is streamed from the same tier-1 liquidity pool as ECN, but delivered to you with a small markup baked into the spread instead of a separate commission. EUR/USD averages 0.7 pips, gold around 25 cents, S&P 500 around 0.5 points. The trade-off versus ECN is simple arithmetic: if your typical trade is under 0.5 lots or held for hours-to-days, the all-in Pro cost usually beats ECN.

What's the difference between Pro and ECN?+
ECN has raw spreads (from 0.0 pips on EUR/USD) with a $7/lot commission. Pro has average spreads (0.7 pips on EUR/USD) with zero commission. Math: on a 0.5-lot EUR/USD trade, ECN costs you $3.50 + ~$0 spread = $3.50; Pro costs you $0 + ~$3.50 spread = $3.50. Same cost at small size. At 5 lots, ECN is $35 commission + tiny spread; Pro is 0 commission + ~$35 spread. ECN wins when volume × spread-savings outpaces commission.
What is the minimum deposit for the Pro account?+
$5,000. This is below the $10,000 ECN minimum but above the $100 Standard threshold. The deposit requirement signals the account is designed for established traders with some capital behind them.
Are there any hidden fees on the Pro account?+
No. What you see in the MT5 symbol specification is what you get. Spreads are the only transaction cost. Overnight swap applies to positions held past rollover (standard across all NAMH accounts). Deposit and withdrawal are free via most methods.
Can I upgrade from Pro to ECN later?+
Yes. You can open an additional ECN account under the same client profile once your deposited balance meets the $10,000 ECN minimum. You can run Pro and ECN accounts side-by-side — many traders use Pro for swing/position trades and ECN for scalping.
Is leverage the same on Pro as ECN?+
Yes — 1:500 max leverage on forex majors across both Pro and ECN. 1:200 on metals, 1:100 on indices. Negative balance protection is standard, so you cannot lose more than your deposited funds regardless of leverage used.
