A photo of your passport, driving licence or national ID card, and a selfie that we match against it. For large deposits we may also ask where the money comes from, as anti-money-laundering rules require.

If you do not trade for 12 months in a row, your account is marked dormant. Under our Terms, a dormancy fee of $10 a month applies after those 12 months. To reactivate the account, log in and place a trade. You don't need to apply again.

We keep your account records for at least 5 years after your account is closed, or longer where the law requires.

It depends on the account and the instrument. On ECN, Pro and Standard accounts, forex majors go up to 1:500; on Cent accounts, up to 1:1000. Gold and silver go up to 1:200, other metals, energy and indices up to 1:100, Bitcoin and Ethereum up to 1:50 and single shares up to 1:20. The limit for each instrument is shown in MT5. Higher leverage means a smaller move uses up your margin: at 1:500, a move of a fifth of one per cent against you uses all of the margin on that position.

2,100+ instruments, all traded as CFDs on MT5: forex, metals, energy, agricultural commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies and shares. The instruments available on your account are listed in MT5's Market Watch.

Spreads are variable. The lowest we quote on EUR/USD are 0.0 pips on ECN, 0.7 pips on Pro and 1.2 pips on Standard and Cent. ECN also charges a commission of $5 per standard lot, round turn; the other accounts charge none. Spreads are usually lowest when the London and New York sessions overlap, and widen around news and when markets are thin. Current spreads for every instrument are shown in MT5.

Market orders fill at the next available price. If the price moves between the moment you send an order and the moment it is filled, the fill can differ from the price you saw. This happens most around big releases such as NFP and FOMC, when spreads also widen. Limit orders fill at your price or better.

Yes. There is no minimum time you must hold a trade, and Expert Advisors that trade often are allowed. At the lowest quoted spreads, ECN costs less per lot than our other accounts. Our Terms do not allow trading that exploits stale or delayed prices.

Yes, on every account type. MT5 runs Expert Advisors written in MQL5. An EA only trades while MT5 is running, so it needs your own computer left on or a VPS you arrange yourself. The same Terms apply to automated and manual trading.

No. When the price reaches your stop level, the stop-loss becomes a market order and fills at the next available price. Around news, at the weekly open and when markets are thin, that can be several pips worse than your stop. We do not offer guaranteed stops.

They are set for each instrument and shown in its specification in MT5: right-click the symbol in Market Watch and choose Specification. It lists the minimum and maximum volume and the size of each step.

An introducing broker refers clients to us and earns a rebate on every standard lot those clients trade. There are four tiers, Bronze to Diamond. Your clients' monthly volume sets your tier, and your tier sets the rebate per lot. The rates and a calculator are on the Introducing broker page. Partner earnings vary with your clients' activity.

An affiliate earns a fixed payment, called a CPA, for each referred client who makes a qualifying first deposit. The amount depends on the client's region. The rates, qualifying conditions and payout terms are on the Affiliate page.

An IB earns a rebate on every standard lot their referred clients trade, so the income follows those clients' trading. An affiliate earns one fixed payment for each referred client who makes a qualifying first deposit.

Use the application on the Introducing broker page. It asks for your business details and identity checks (KYC). You do not need to make a deposit. If we accept your application, you get tracking links, access to the partner portal and a partnerships contact. A dedicated account manager is added from the Gold tier.
