Risk Warning

1.1 This Risk Warning is issued by NAMH Global Ltd, a company registered in Saint Lucia (No. 2024-00372). NAMH Global Ltd holds client funds and executes trades. It is not licensed by a securities regulator, and no investor compensation scheme applies. We do not provide services to residents of the Restricted Jurisdictions listed in Section 12 of our Terms of Service, which include the United Arab Emirates.

1.2 This Risk Warning forms part of our Terms of Service (clause 1.4). Words defined in clause 1.5 of the Terms of Service, such as Account, Account Type, Retail Client and Website, have the same meaning here. This Risk Warning describes the main risks of trading CFDs with us, but it cannot describe every risk. Do not trade unless you understand the product and its risks and you are prepared to lose all of the money you deposit.

2.1 A contract for difference (CFD) is a contract between you and NAMH. It settles the difference between the price when you open a position and the price when you close it. Key points:

• You do not own the underlying asset. You cannot take delivery of it, you have no shareholder or voting rights, and you cannot transfer the position to another broker.
• The price follows an underlying market, such as a currency pair, a commodity, an index, a cryptocurrency or a share. The risks of that market apply, together with the risks of dealing with us described here.
• CFDs use leverage. A small price move causes a much larger change in the value of your Account.
• You trade on margin. You put up only part of the full value of the position, which makes gains and losses large compared with the money you put up.
• A CFD is traded over the counter, not on an exchange. You can only close it with us, at the prices we quote.

3.1 We are the other party to every CFD you open with us. What you are owed on a trade depends on NAMH Global Ltd being able to pay it.

3.2 We may keep the market risk of your trades or offset it with another firm. Where we keep it, a loss on your trade can be a gain for us. Our interests can therefore differ from yours.

3.3 If NAMH Global Ltd could not meet its obligations, for example because it became insolvent, you could lose some or all of the money in your Account. Client funds are held by NAMH Global Ltd and are not subject to a regulator's client-money rules. Saint Lucia insolvency law would decide how they are treated, and no investor compensation scheme applies.

4.1 On major forex pairs, maximum leverage is 1:500 on ECN, Pro and Standard accounts and 1:1000 on Cent accounts. Other instruments have a lower maximum, shown in their MT5 symbol specification. At 1:500, a price move of 0.2% against you equals the whole margin for that position. At 1:1000 on a Cent account, a move of 0.1% does. Leverage works both ways:

• A winning trade is made larger.
• A losing trade is made larger at exactly the same rate.
• You can lose all of the money in your Account in a single trade if the market moves sharply against you.

4.2 Using less than the maximum leverage, and sizing each position so that a loss at your stop-loss is a small part of your balance, slows down how fast losses can build.

5.1 Prices can move sharply and without warning. Causes include:

• Economic data and central-bank decisions, such as US jobs figures, inflation data and interest-rate decisions.
• Political events, conflicts and sanctions.
• Central-bank action on a currency. In January 2015 the Swiss National Bank removed its cap on the franc against the euro, and the exchange rate moved sharply within minutes.
• Unexpected events, such as a pandemic, a banking crisis or a flash crash.
• Forex: exotic pairs can be very volatile during the day, and even major pairs can move a long way around important economic events.
• Commodities: supply and demand shocks, seasonal factors and political events can cause sudden, large moves.
• Indices and shares: prices can fall sharply on economic shocks, company news or changes in interest-rate expectations.
• Cryptocurrencies: see Section 11.

5.2 We do not control market movements and cannot predict them. No trading method avoids losses.

6.1 A price can jump from one level to another without trading at the prices in between. This is a gap. Gaps happen most often when a market reopens after a weekend or a holiday, after unexpected news, and when trading is thin.

6.2 If the price gaps through your stop-loss, the position closes at the first available price, which can be much worse than your stop-loss. The loss can then be larger than you planned and, in a large gap, larger than your balance. Negative balance protection (Section 13) applies to Accounts held by Retail Clients.

7.1 Markets are not equally liquid at all times. Liquidity can be thin:

• at the weekly market open;
• around major news releases;
• during holidays and around the daily rollover;
• in cryptocurrencies at weekends and at night;
• in exotic currency pairs, at any time.

7.2 When liquidity is thin, spreads widen, slippage increases and stop-loss orders may be filled well past their price. It may be hard to close a position at a price you find acceptable.

8.1 Your order is filled at the next available price, which may differ from the price you saw when you placed it. This difference is slippage.

8.2 We cannot promise to fill an order at a specific price. In fast markets, around news and at the market open, fills can be several pips away from the price you requested. A stop-loss order does not limit your loss to its price, and a take-profit order may not be filled at its price.

9.1 Positions held past the daily rollover pay or earn swap. Swap reflects the difference between the interest rates of the two currencies, or the cost of holding the underlying instrument, and may include a charge by us. Swap:

• is charged or paid for each day a position is held past the daily rollover;
• is charged at three times the daily amount on one day of the week, to cover the weekend; the day depends on the instrument;
• can be a charge or a credit, and the rates change as interest rates change;
• adds up over time, so on positions held for days or weeks it can cost more than the spread.

9.2 The swap rate for each instrument, and the day on which three days' swap is charged, are in its MT5 symbol specification.

10.1 If you trade an instrument priced in a currency other than your Account currency, your profits and losses are converted into your Account currency. Exchange-rate moves can make them larger or smaller. A conversion fee applies if you deposit in a currency other than your Account currency (Section 8 of our Terms of Service).

11.1 Cryptocurrency CFDs carry extra risks:

• Large moves. Cryptocurrency prices can move by a large percentage in a single day.
• Trading every day. Crypto CFDs trade every day, including weekends and most public holidays, apart from a short daily break at the rollover. Prices can move a long way while you are not watching.
• Changing laws. Laws on crypto-assets are changing in many countries. New rules or enforcement action can move prices sharply.
• Less supervised markets. Crypto markets are less supervised than traditional markets and can be affected by manipulation.
• Technology. Prices depend on the underlying blockchain networks, which carry their own technical and security risks.
• No coins. A crypto CFD is not a crypto-asset. You do not hold coins and cannot move them to a wallet.

12.1 Online trading depends on technology that can fail: your internet connection or device, MT5 or our servers, payment systems, and cyber threats such as phishing and malware. We cannot promise that MT5 or the Client Portal will be available at all times.

12.2 Plan how you would manage open positions if you lost access. If you cannot reach MT5, contact Support, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by email at support@namhglobal.com and by phone or WhatsApp on +1-758-461-4088. Keep your login details secret and do not share them with anyone.

13.1 Two mechanisms limit how far losses can go. Neither stops you losing all of the money in your Account.

• Negative balance protection: under our Terms of Service (clause 5.2), it applies to every Account held by a Retail Client. If a price gap takes the balance of that Account below zero, we reset it to zero and you do not owe us the difference.
• Automatic stop-out: if your margin level falls to the stop-out level for your Account Type, open positions are closed automatically. In a fast market the closing price can be worse than expected. Support will tell you the current margin-call and stop-out levels for your Account Type.
• No compensation scheme: NAMH Global Ltd is not licensed by a securities regulator, is not subject to a regulator's client-money rules and is not a member of any investor compensation scheme. If NAMH Global Ltd could not meet its obligations, no compensation fund would pay you.

13.2 The Client funds page on our Website explains what would happen to your money in an insolvency, a price gap or a stolen login.

14.1 Laws on CFDs, forex and crypto-assets change. A change in law or in sanctions, or in the rules of our banks and payment providers, can change the instruments we offer, the leverage available, the countries we serve, or whether you can keep your Account. We tell you about changes that affect you as Sections 12 and 13 of our Terms of Service describe.

15.1 Profits from trading CFDs may be taxed where you live, and tax rules can change. We do not give tax advice. You are responsible for your own tax affairs. Ask a qualified adviser if you are unsure.

16.1 NAMH Global Ltd provides an execution-only service. We do not provide:

• personal investment advice;
• recommendations to buy or sell;
• financial planning;
• forecasts you can rely on.

16.2 Market commentary, analysis and educational material on the Website, in our emails and on our social channels are general information. They do not take your circumstances into account and are not an offer or an invitation to trade. Before you trade, consider whether it is right for you, and get independent advice if you are unsure.

17.1 Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Historical returns, backtests and example trades in our materials show what happened, or what might have happened, in the past. They are not a promise of future results.

18.1 CFD trading is not suitable for everyone. Do not trade with us if you cannot afford to lose all of the money you deposit. Consider:

• your trading experience and knowledge;
• your financial goals and how much loss you could bear;
• how you react to losses;
• how much time you have to watch your positions.

18.2 If you have never traded CFDs, start with a demo account before you trade with real money.

18.3 Ways to limit risk include risking only a small part of your balance on any one trade, placing a stop-loss on each position while knowing it can be filled at a worse price, checking swap and gap risk before you hold a position overnight or over a weekend, not putting all of your money into one market, and checking your Account regularly. None of these removes the risk of loss.

19.1 By opening an Account with NAMH, you confirm that:

1. you have read and understood this Risk Warning;
2. you know that you can lose some or all of the money you deposit;
3. you trade at your own risk and make your own trading decisions;
4. you are satisfied that trading CFDs is appropriate for your circumstances;
5. you are not relying on NAMH for investment advice.
